The Board would like to notify the community that the proposed amendment to the leasing section of the CCRs has received enough votes necessary to pass. The amendment will take effect once it has been recorded with the county. The total count was 77 in favor of the amendment and 4 not in favor or the amendment. 14 did not send in a vote.  Thanks to everyone for responding!!!
